Set up time: 10-11 am (come early help set-up, play corn hole or just to visit!)

Meeting/awards: 1-2 pm (Please let Darin know if you have any fun or awkward awards that need to be mentioned at least two weeks before the picnic.)

Looking for 6-7 pop-up tents and 8-10 tables. If you have a tent or table, RSVP to Susie. Invite your friends, family, and potential candidates! Remember to bring unwanted winter gear for the FREE GEAR tables.

Patrol will supply hot dogs, hamburgers & (4) veggie burgers, soda, water, condiments, plates, napkins, and plastic ware. We will need a headcount by June 16, 2024. Send me the number of your party and their first name for the name tags. Every attending patroller will need to bring a side dish or dessert to share. Please RSVP what you are bringing. We want only 2 of the same dishes. You are welcome to mark your dish with tent cards. You will need to bring your own serving utensils and, if needed, an extension cord for your dish. Make sure you mark/initial your plastic ware and dishes if you want them back! We need approximately 10 desserts, 15+ different side dishes, and 5 bags of chips. BYOB!

Remember to bring your lawn chairs marked with your initials or name, sunscreen, bubbles, bean bag toss, horseshoes, and an umbrella/canopy tent. Our second annual car show will be taking place again, so Mike O’Brock, bring your vette! Please bring any “thinking of you” cards for any current or ex-patroller that we need to touch base with. We can sign and mail them.

We will have two tables set up for FREE winter items. Bring non-wanted ski clothing, packs, books, ski’s, snowboards, shirts, pants, boots, vests, poles or other ski items for the FREE TABLE. Items for kids & adults both. Bring any unwanted NSP patrol jackets or backpacks too. These will be given to the new OEC candidates. If you know any Alumni/Former patrollers, please check with them to see if they would like to donate their old NSP jacket, vest, or pack.

Nick will be available to accept checks, cash or credit cards to pay 2024-2025 Snow Creek dues.
